The Sex Lives of Andy Warhol

There is no shortage of mystery that surrounds the American pop culture icon, artist Andy Warhol. As the father of invention to "fifteen minutes of fame", Warhol has had a celebrity that keeps us guessing more than a decade after his death. His most recent appearance is in the recently re-released John Wilcock book, The Autobiography and Sex Life of Andy Warhol. The book is the first oral biography of the artist and one of the most revealing portraits of Warhol, featuring more than 120 images (including original portraits of numerous Factory superstars), plus illustrations and film stills.



In celebration of the book release (to be sold at the Gagosian Gallery in NYC), Andy is having a party. This Wednesday, June 23, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at The New York Public Library, South Court Auditorium is a presentation with a free panel discussion with Warhol Factory stars Taylor Mead, Gretchen Berg, Brigid Berlin among others.
